Hi, I’m Dr. Stephanie Grunewald, but there’s no need to be so formal here—just call me Stephanie.

Using my knowledge as a psychologist and my experience as an entrepreneur, I help you cultivate a resilient Business Mindset.

Perhaps it’s that nagging voice that keeps asking “Who do you think you are to…”, or that damn imposter syndrome that keeps you braced for discovery. Whatever your mental block may be, we’ll work together to quiet your inner critic so you can confidently conquer your goals.

My passion for this work evolved from my own struggles with burnout while building my first business. I noticed common themes among the women I was working with and society at large regarding our lack of focus on sustainable success and the lie that self-care must be earned.

In my journey of working with coaches to build this business, I discovered that many had little to no understanding of the mental barriers that can get in the way of taking action. Often, they pushed one-size-fits-all success formulas that left me exhausted and feeling inadequate. Two things became clear: (1) Success isn’t truly success if it isn’t sustainable—your business will only thrive when you take care of yourself. (2) A plan is useless without the confidence and resilience to bring it to life.
