The RESET Retreat is designed for women who are stressed, overwhelmed, and exhausted from the relentless demands of their personal and professional lives. The group size is intentionally kept small to foster genuine connection, belonging, and support.

 

While these retreats are only for women, providing safe spaces that build a culture of belonging are of utmost importance. My aim is to foster an environment where everyone feels valued, supported and inspired to achieve their goals. This includes providing opportunity and access for all people across differences of age, color, race, ethnicity, nationality, migratory status, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation,  disability/ability, physical appearance, religious beliefs, and dietary requirements. If this aligns with your values, you’re in the right place!

Pack comfortable clothing for relaxing and outdoor activities—no formal attire is required. We’ll provide everything else you need for a restful and rejuvenating experience.

Not at all! Our groups are intentionally small, so you can connect meaningfully without feeling overwhelmed. While there will be group activities, you’ll also have plenty of free time to spend however you choose—whether that’s relaxing alone, exploring the area, or enjoying some quiet reflection.

We’re happy to accommodate any dietary needs or preferences for catered meals. You’ll also have opportunities to order for yourself or make your own dining arrangements, ensuring your meals meet your requirements.

Scheduling a call ensures that the retreat aligns with your expectations and goals. This is a casual conversation to get to know each other, answer any questions, and clarify details before you commit.
